Nex Level Understructure system is a modular flooring solution that creates an elevated platform above a concrete slab or subfloor. The system consists of adjustable pedestals & stringers that create a grid-like structure, allowing easy access to utilities and cabling that run underneath.
Nex Level Raised floor pedestals come in a variety of designs & sizes ranging from 100 to 1000mm. The top head of the pedestal consists of a top plate of 75mm and a roll threaded stud which is 75mm long has an adjustment of 25 mm. The base of the pedestal consists of a pipe which is mechanically riveted to an embossed bottom plate of size 100 x 100 x 2mm and has 4 corner holes for securing & anchoring. The entire assembly is hot dip galvanized / zinc coated (White or Yellow).
